Kerfkore Company offers a complete line of architectural quality Beadboard panels that come in a variety of options. It’s manufactured using a stable high quality MDF core that is available either plain or with a variety of veneer options. Other core options available include veneer core, FR core, MR core and NAF core. Veneer options include but are not limited to Cherry, Birch, Alder, Hickory, White Oak, Red Oak, Mahogany, Maple, and Ash. Other special veneer face options are available as needed. Veneer is normally plain sliced but other types can be supplied based upon species, availability and customer requirements.
Beadboard panels are available in a 4’x8’ size with 1 1/2” standard groove spacing. Other groove spacing’s can be easily provided upon request. Panels are available in 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, and 1/2” thickness. Other thickness and sizes may be available as required. Plain MDF Beadboard is designed to be painted and is also available with an optional water-based prime coat. |
