J. EDWARD PEEDE Chairman and C.E.O. Mr. Peede has been the Chairman and C.E.O of Interior Products since 1985. Prior to joining IPI, he was employed for 16 years by Armstrong World Industries, a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of interior furnishings (floors, ceilings, carpets, walls and furniture). Mr. Peede was responsible for the marketing and sales of a $100 million business through a national sales organization and distribution system. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in marketing. TOM PHILLIPS President and C.O.O Mr. Phillips joined Interior Products in 1998. Prior to joining IPI, he held numerous management positions with manufacturers of quality furniture and accessories for over 25 years. Some of the companies Mr. Phillips worked with include, Lexington Furniture, Council Companies, Maitland-Smith International, and Masco Home Furnishings. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Furniture Manufacturing and Management. JAMES SORRELLS Vice-President and Western Sales Manager Mr. Sorrells has been with Interior Products since 2001. He has been in the industry for 6 years and was Interior Products Director of Marketing and Western Sales. Prior to his employment with IPI, he was with Bank of America in the Carolinas and Washington, DC for over 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Mr. Sorrells is located in Denver, Colorado and will continue his role as Western Sales Manager.
